Pronounced Sa-Kägě, it is a contraction of the phrase "Kage to sanpo" from Empire of Nippon from the far East. Literally Walk with Shadows, it has since been translated in the West as Shadow Striders. This is a mostly unknown group - we are rectifying that. Captured documents place the earliest accounts in the Age of Strife, but oral accounts date the exploits well before the Age of Reckoning. It is also speculated that it's roots are actually from a sect within the Rendorean Empire. Sa'Kage, is a first person account deciphered from one of the captured documents. It is set in the Second Age of Strife - a couple of decades after The Assault on Fort Othona. The writing is small and precise but due to some word usage and sentence structure, it seems to have been written by a child, initially. The age of the child clearly shows how brutal this faction is. It also shows the depth of these assassins' training. It is noted by the scholars that elements of the Sa'Kage probably allowed these stories to be published so that those who know about it may be wary of investigating any further.
